Shipping Information
Shipping – We believe you can’t start the party without the perfect Tablecloth. We will do everything possible to ship out your order within 24 hours. All orders placed before 12 noon, PST, and subject to the approval by the credit card processing gnomes, will be shipped within 1 business day, excluding legal holidays. Orders received over the weekends will be processed on Monday, and shipped that day, unless it is a holiday.
Shipping to the Contiguous United States – Your order will take up to 4 business days for delivery. There is no weekend or Holiday delivery. So please take this into consideration when planning for your event.
Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska – Shipping is calculated using a number of factors, including the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination. We will contact you within 24-48 hours of your request with separate additional freight charges, should they apply. We ship via Fed Ex Ground.
APO & FPO addresses – We are so proud and thank you for your service of our country. Sorry, we can’t ship to you just yet. We will fix this shortly.
Shipping to Canada and UK – International shipping is calculated using a number of factors, including the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country/region. We will contact you within 24-48 hours of your request with separate additional freight charges, should they apply. VAT or Tariff charges are not included on your order, and will be your responsibility once received by the country. Collections of taxes is made either prior to, or after receipt of merchandise from your respective government or taxing agency.
Taxes
The Folding Tablecloth™ charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state in which our business operates, California and New York. For all other states, you, the customer, are solely responsible for all sales and use taxes or any other associated taxes.
