Submit a Return Request
We want to be your “go to” solution for Tablecloths. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, and your dissatisfaction is related to damage of the item in the package, faulty construction, including rips or tears, faulty seams or blemishes that renders your product unpresentable, or it’s just not the item you thought it would be, you may request a return of the product and obtain a Return Authorization Number from, The Folding Tablecloth™. No returns will be accepted without a written Authorization and a Return Authorization Number, provided by the Company.
BUT, you cannot return the product if it has been used, soiled, washed or not in the original package, and not in its original condition. Your Return Authorization request will be processed within 48 hours. Upon receipt of your return, within 5 business days, a refund will be issued to your credit card subject to inspection and conditions stated in our conditions for return.
If you purchase more than 1 cloth, and you need to inspect all the products prior to use, you may inspect all the cloths. If you need to return all of the cloths, they must be in original packaging, and all cloths must be in useable condition, and not subject to use, dirt, or washing, and must still be in its original delivered condition.
- Pack the item in its original packaging
- All return shipping charges will be paid by you
- Obtain tracking numbers in case of lost shipment
- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries

To Return an item please use the form on the Contact Us page. We will email you a return authorization number and information on where to send the items being returned. We do not accept returns without a return authorization number.
