How Do I track My Order – Since we use FEDEX exclusively, you will find the FEDEX tracking number in our email confirming shipment of your order. Using the www.fedex.com site to check status, your order will show on line within 24 hours of our notice of shipment.
ORDER STATUS – You will receive two emails after you have placed your order
- A confirmation that your order has been received, including order confirmation number.
- Confirmation your order has shipped and this will include your tracking information.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Mistakes happen. So if you find you need to cancel your order we request that you send in writing, a request to email@example.com. Requests for cancellation on orders placed need to be received no later than the morning of the following business day. Make a mistake on Monday evening, we need to know by Tuesday morning PST.
Order changes requiring different items, item additions, or changes of address must be cancelled and a refund transaction will occur. You can place a new order correcting your requested changes. That is the only way we can effect your requested change.
