Below are the terms and conditions for our shipments.
All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
We ship via Fedex Ground to businesses or Fedex Home delivery.
Both of these arrive between 1 to 5 days after Fedex has the package.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
A tracking number (s) will be sent to you once the label is generated.
Taxes
The Folding Tablecloth charges the applicable sales tax for orders that are delivered to addresses within the same states in which our business operates, (California and New York). For all other states, the customer is responsible for any sales taxes due in your state.
Shipping Outside the US (Canada, Mexico, UK)
International shipping is calculated using a number of factors, including the number of items you are purchasing, the weight / size of carton used for shipping and the destination country / region. We will contact you within 24 – 48 hours of your order with separate freight charges should they apply. VAT or tariff charges are not included on your order, and will be your responsibility once received by the country. Collections of the taxes, VAT, or tariffs will be collected by Fedex either before delivery to your address or a subsequent billing.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Folding Tablecloth is not responsible for any customs, taxes or VAT / tariffs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
