How long will shipping take? Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, with delivery via FEDEX.
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When it ships, we will send a second email with your FedEx tracking information.
Please make sure to advise us ASAP of any changes needed to the shipping address. We ship very fast so we would need to address that change ASAP.
Mistakes happen. So if you find you need to cancel your order we request that you send in writing, a request to sales@thefoldingtablecloth.com. Requests for cancellation on orders placed need to be received no later than the morning of the following business day.
Make a mistake on Monday evening, we need to know by Tuesday morning PST.
Order changes, requiring different items, item additions, will need to be canceled and a refund transaction will occur. A new order can then be placed with corrected changes.
