How long will shipping take – 1 to 5 Days with delivery from FEDEX.
We will confirm via email we have received your order and are working on it!
We use FEDEX exclusively and another email will be sent out confirming the shipment of your order with tracking number assigned to your shipment.
You may access tracking at www.fedex.com
The tracking will be updated the following day after the shipment was picked up from our warehouse.
Please make sure to advise us ASAP of any changes needed to the shipping address. We ship very fast so we would need to address that change ASAP.
Mistakes happen. So if you find you need to cancel your order we request that you send in writing, a request to sales@thefoldingtablecloth.com. Requests for cancellation on orders placed need to be received no later than the morning of the following business day.
Make a mistake on Monday evening, we need to know by Tuesday morning PST.
Order changes, requiring different items, item additions, will need to be canceled and a refund transaction will occur. A new order can then be placed with corrected changes.
